Starting as a vacant building at 45,000 square feet, the development team including Kukla put together a financing package involving Federal Historic tax credits and a traditional construction/perm loan. The project was renovated and managed by MED. Kukla then lead the design of all units and leasing of all 6,000 square feet of commercial space including UBER's first management office in Cincinnati.
