In 2016, Kukla Capital negotiated and purchased an unimproved 2-bedroom 2-bath residential condominium at 335 West 5th Street in the Williamson Lofts. The purchase was the result of a complex negotiation with several investor partners involved in a complicated dispute.

Kukla Capital's team self-performed and self-financed a complete gut renovation. The project took 10 weeks to complete and was sold for $415,000 in the same year to a couple relocating from the East coast.

The development team included interior designer Kathy Grossman plus several major subcontractors across all trades.
